I'm tempted to throw $50 towards Utilities just so I could knock that out faster but I think I will wait at least until I've made it much closer to the end of my 13 day waiting period.
I am officially allocating $21 towards taking the train to my Sister's Bridal Shower #2 next weekend.

It is a good idea to keep yuor change instead of paying utility at this moment I guess. Why did they give your money back? Am I missing something here ? :)
Yes, I disputed a debit made by a payday loan lender. It's a long story and one that I am waiting until I have more of a resolution to tell. Bottom line is I'm happy to have gotten it and will now try to live as frugally as I can for the next two weeks. I don't think I will pay the utilities just yet.
